The people that work there couldn’t be nicer! I’ve dealt with the 3-4 times thru the years and everytime is better than the next. I first bought a brake kit for an older (Doolittle brand) double axle utility trailer, when I showed Paul the picture of it, he looked at the “piped” sides and said that’s a great trailer. A few years later I went there to look at a new 6’x10” steel utility trailer. When I saw (it was actually galvanized steel) an aluminum one on the lot, I asked about it. Paul said it was galvanized, not aluminum and they just started getting them in. It had all the nice features on it, sealed wiring led lights foldable ramp d rings etc. Fir only a couple hundred more, I bought it. That was probably 4-5 years ago. Today I went in there, thinking I may buy a new, little bit heavier similar sure trac trailer. I was speaking to Ken (great guy), I  showed him a picture of the galvanized sure trac I bought years earlier, he just grinned ear to ear, said he has multiple people looking for that trailer (he didn’t have to tell me that), said sure trac quit making them and people want them.  It really made me feel good about what I already had. Anyway he told me the manufacturers are raising prices multiple times this year. I told him I was thinking of putting a 5200 lb axle instead of the 3500 lb axle. He then explained what else sure trac dies when they upgrade the axle. Add support to the frame, brakes come standard and naybe one other thing. Anyway he spent considerable time with me, printed a quote, just in case I decide to upgrade. Felt like I knew him for years.
